1. Introduction / Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Blij Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://blijstudio.art/ (the "Website") and our mobile game Worldly Cards (the "Game"), available on the Google Play Store, and any related services(collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. User Accounts

The Game offers account creation through Firebase Authentication using Google accounts and anonymous access. No password or other personal information is required for account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

• Permitted Use: You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Game.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Intellectual Property: The Game, Website, and all related content, including but not limited to illustrations, characters, music, code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Blij Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Blij Studio.
• User-Generated Content: The Game does not currently allow users to create or submit content.
• Beta Testing: From time to time, we may offer beta testing of the Game or certain features. Participation in beta testing is subject to separate terms and conditions that you will be required to accept.

4. Payments and Purchases

The Game is free to play, but we may offer in-game purchases of virtual items or currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices for in-game items are subject to change without notice.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) for the use of the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms must be resolved exclusively by a court located in the city of Bogotá, Colombia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
